Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel off Harper Street. The rooms were really comfortable and spacious, and the cleanliness was exceptional. However, the heating system didn't work properly. The service was top-notch with a very friendly staff and great complimentary breakfast. The location was convenient, surrounded by various restaurants and shops. The dining options were decent, although more variety would have been nice.
I had a bit of trouble with the noise from vehicles outside my window, which made it tough to sleep for a while. The parking charges added to the cost, but the rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. The service was top-notch overall, with only a minor hiccup with a customer interaction. The location was ideal for exploring Hyde Park and enjoying the sights nearby. The dining experience was excellent with a good variety of options. Overall, a good value for the money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, though very large and nice with 2 queen beds, unfortunately smelled like cigars, and the front desk lady made it clear that she didn't welcome me. On the bright side, they were quiet and comfortable for a good night's sleep.
